The Good View
The Good View was my first band after retrurning to the Netherlands in 2021. I Joined them in 2022, unfortunately the band existed only till January 2023.
With “The Good View” we performed only once, in September 2023 … the soundman wasn’t too good, and nobody appeared to be able to record something decent – not even with a mobile phone. So what’s left were some bitsd and pieces of songs – this is one of them, “Empty Space”, put together from two pieces of recordings. Enjoy 😉
Hedonist, Lenin’s Brains, Ella Guru
Hedonist, Lenin’s Brains and Ella Guru – more or less the same band, but under different names. We played in different compositions – it was Robert (vocals and guitar and writing most of the songs, me on bass and backing vocals, different drummers, guitarists… In the end the “core” remained: Robert, me, an Alesis drum machine and a tape recorder for the samples. Playing with them came to an end when I moved from Holland to the Czech Republic, in 1997.
The Sloebers
The Sloebers was a band from Haarlem and Amersfoort (The Netherlands). We rehearsed in Amsterdam since that was located between the first two cities…. I played with them from the end of 1990 till 1994 (?)
